By voluntarily providing your mobile telephone number to Yolanda M. Mendoza Law Office, P.A. (“the Firm”), you expressly consent to receive text messages (“SMS Communications”) from the Firm for the limited purposes of appointment scheduling, intake coordination, reminders, case-related updates, and other communications directly related to legal services rendered or contemplated.
Consent to Communications. By supplying your number, you represent and warrant that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and that you have authority to consent to receive SMS Communications from the Firm.
Message Frequency. The Firm anticipates sending approximately ten (10) to twelve (12) SMS Communications per month to any individual contact, though the actual number may vary based on the nature of ongoing communications and client engagement.
Charges. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile service plan. The Firm is not responsible for charges incurred by your mobile carrier.
Opt-Out. You may withdraw your consent and opt out of SMS Communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receipt of such request, the Firm will promptly discontinue SMS Communications to that number, except as permitted or required by law.
